Semester - 8 Invitation for the 12-week “Internship Program” at GTU under the GTU-Code Unnati Center of Excellence on Emerging Technologies
In alignment with the Government of India's Skill India and Digital India missions, the Gujarat Technological University has collaborated with Edunet Foundation to set up and run a Centre of Excellence on Emerging Technologies at the GTU campus, Ahmedabad.
Under this program, GTU invites applications from engineering students from Semester 8 (currently appearing for their Semester-7 University Exams) for joining the Code Unnati program to be run by experts at the Code Unnati Centre of Excellence. The students will get practical hands-on training on emerging technologies comprising Artificial Intelligence/Machine Learning, the Internet of Things, and SAP ERP. As a part of the program, the students will have to compulsorily work on capstone project work and complete the same during the stipulated training duration of about 12 weeks.
The students who successfully complete this training will be awarded a Certificate of Completion of the Code Unnati Program by SAP and Edunet Foundation. Further, the students will be provided a Certificate of Internship from Edunet Foundation and Gujarat Technological University.
Eligibility: Semester-8 Students (currently appeared for Semester-7 University Exams) from B.E. / B.Tech. programs from Computer Science, Information Technology, Electronics, and allied branches.
Instructions:
1. All the Principals / Concerned Officials of the Affiliated colleges / institutions are required to announce the launch of this program for the benefit of eligible students
2. Circulate the Information about the Code Unnati Program (Brochure Attached separately with this circular) to all eligible students from the college/institution
3. Ensure that interested Students register for the program on the google form link below: https://forms.gle/H7ebERdd3JwwDAVg7
4. Only 60 students will be selected for the program on first-cum-first serve basis
5. The deadline for Registration by students for the program is 15th February 2023 time 6.00 pm.
6. Program will start at the GTU Campus, Ahmedabad from 20th February 2023.
